There is no one-size-fits-all solution for improving well-being. That is why I tailor my services to the needs and desires of both your organisation and employees. When it comes to coaching and training, professional results can only be achieved through a personal approach. When creating your training or coaching program, the following factors will be taken into account:

Who will participate?

Every organisation has different goals, needs and desires. The same goes for employees. To make sure your well-being initiatives give the desired results, it is important to know who you wish to involve. A company-wide program might require a different approach than a training program for a specific team or employee group.

What do they want?

Failed attempts at improving well-being in organisations often have this in common: the services or products offered by the organisation did not align with the needs and desires of the employees. Getting employees involved in your well-being strategy leads to increased engagement, which means bigger impact and a higher return on investment.

How do they prefer to learn?

Taking different learning styles and platforms into account is key to creating an effective training or coaching program. Do your employees prefer in-person or virtual training? Do they prefer a group setting or a more individualised approach? What about having access to the trainer outside of sessions? Such factors help create an enjoyable and impactful experience.

When to organise sessions?

Philosophy

Especially if this behaviour has a negative impact on personal and professional well-being. By questioning and replacing false, limiting beliefs, we gain access to a positive state of mind.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the art of paying attention to the present moment without judgement. Scientific research has shown that practising mindfulness does not only reduce and prevent stress, but also enhances cognitive abilities and performance. That is why it is an essential skill for professionals.

NLP

NLP is short for neuro-linguistic programming. It is a psychological approach to changing thought and behaviour patterns and improving communication skills. Within the context of well-being, it offers practical techniques which help people deal with stress and develop resilience.
